Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast500g, cubed
  • Yogurt1 cup
  • Garam Masala2 tsp
  • Tomato Puree400g
  • Heavy Cream1/2 cup
  • Onion, Ginger, Garlicbase

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through.
  3. In a separate pan, create the sauce by sautéing onion, ginger, and garlic. Add tomato puree and spices.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes, then stir in heavy cream.
  5. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and heat through. Serve hot.
