Ingredients
- Chicken Breast500g, cubed
- Yogurt1 cup
- Garam Masala2 tsp
- Tomato Puree400g
- Heavy Cream1/2 cup
- Onion, Ginger, Garlicbase
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 1 hour.
- Grill or pan-fry chicken until cooked through.
- In a separate pan, create the sauce by sautéing onion, ginger, and garlic. Add tomato puree and spices.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, then stir in heavy cream.
- Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and heat through. Serve hot.
