Ingredients
  • Whole Wheat Flour2 cups
  • Potatoes4 medium, boiled
  • Onion1 small, finely chopped
  • Green Chilies2, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves2 tbsp, chopped
  • Spices (Cumin, Turmeric)to taste
  • Ghee or Oilfor cooking

Instructions

  1. Knead a soft dough with the whole wheat flour and water. Let it rest.
  2. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix with onion, green chilies, coriander, and spices.
  3. Take a small portion of dough, roll it out, place the potato filling in the center, and seal it.
  4. Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha.
  5. Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) with ghee or oil until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
