Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour2 cups
- Potatoes4 medium, boiled
- Onion1 small, finely chopped
- Green Chilies2, finely chopped
- Coriander Leaves2 tbsp, chopped
- Spices (Cumin, Turmeric)to taste
- Ghee or Oilfor cooking
Instructions
- Knead a soft dough with the whole wheat flour and water. Let it rest.
- Mash the boiled potatoes and mix with onion, green chilies, coriander, and spices.
- Take a small portion of dough, roll it out, place the potato filling in the center, and seal it.
- Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha.
- Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) with ghee or oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
