Ingredients
  • Ripe Mangoes2, peeled and chopped
  • Plain Yogurt2 cups
  • Milk1 cup
  • Sugar4 tbsp, or to taste
  • Cardamom Pods2, seeds crushed
  • Ice Cubesa handful

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and crushed cardamom seeds to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend again for a few seconds until the lassi is chilled and frothy.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a mint leaf if desired.
