Refreshing Mango Lassi

Ingredients
- Ripe Mangoes2, peeled and chopped
- Plain Yogurt2 cups
- Milk1 cup
- Sugar4 tbsp, or to taste
- Cardamom Pods2, seeds crushed
- Ice Cubesa handful
Instructions
- Add the chopped mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and crushed cardamom seeds to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again for a few seconds until the lassi is chilled and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a mint leaf if desired.
